SAPSASA Cross-Country
SAPSASA Cross-country was held on Friday of Week 4 at Martin’s Bend. All participants from OLOR put in a great effort and represented the school well. Well done to Jack Moroney for being selected and competing in the State Carnival.
SAPSASA Soccer
We also had a group of year 5/6 students go to Barmera on Friday of Week 7 for the Riverland SAPSASA Soccer Carnival. All competitors demonstrated excellent sportsmanship and determination. We would like to thank the girls from Barmera Primary School for helping us enter a team. Both of our teams had mixed results throughout the day with the boys winning their final game 2 – 0.
Well done to Armaan Aulakh and Ada Dalamagas for both receiving a Good Sport Award. This award was voted for by the referees on the day and highlights the great sportsmanship shown by both players.
Other News
Congratulations to Ada Dalamagas for being selected to play in the Riverland Netball Team. We wish her luck for when she heads to Adelaide in Week 9.
