It is important for the community to understand that the fees paid by families on a yearly basis covers the amount of monies not received by State and Federal Government to run our Catholic Primary School efficiently.  We are a non profit organisation and not a 'PRIVATE' school.  The fees contribute to the daily running and provision of education services to the families who choose a Catholic Education for their child/ren. We also ask for help from our families to assist in annual fundraising activities and a variety of voluntary working bees so the school can purchase extra resources and maintain a safe and exciting learning environment. 

Our Lady of the River School has a mission to provide a Catholic Education to any family who wishes that for their child/ren.  We understand that the payment of fees can be difficult for some and we provide many means of support for families in need or if their circumstances change during the enrolment period.  This includes:

  • The school offers significantly discounted fees to eligible school card families (approved by Government).
  • Limited student/s scholarships for families who are eligible.  An appointment with the Principal to apply for a scholarship is required.
  • Direct debt, EFTPOS facilities and payment through CENTREPAY is encouraged.
